CareNational’s highly specialized Medical Management division works with payors and providers to provide support within the areas of Case Management, Utilization Management and Quality Improvement to include the annual HEDIS project. Our engagements with clients range from contract/contract to hire, direct-hire and statements of work. We seek to understand our client’s footprint and unique attributes to effectively locate and present the right talent with these niche skill sets.
Our Medical Management Division specializes in placing qualified individuals in Case Manager (RN,LPN, or Social Worker), Utilization Review Nurse, Quality Improvement Nurse, and HEDIS Abstractor (RN or LPN) roles as well as others.

Employment Offer Acceptance sent to candidate with framework of offer/anticipated start date

Quality Control process initiated at start date to ensure that the opportunity was a good fit

On going check-ins with CareNational Search Consultant and Candidate over course of first 90 days including a written survey
