CareNational’s Healthcare Support division works with both payers and providers in finding qualified talent for their administrative and clerical roles. The Healthcare Support team provides support for any position that does not require a Nursing licensure.

Healthcare Support Candidate Process

Phase I – Candidate Review

Candidate Review

  • Step 1

    Review candidate profile that was
    submitted by CareNational AM

  • Step 2

    Pass along to hiring manager for
    further review

  • Step 3

    Analyze background of presented
    candidate to determine if an
    interview is necessary

Phase II – Interview

Interview

  • Step 1

    Hiring manager to select days/times to interview
    and pass along to CareNational AM

  • Step 2

    Once interview is confirmed, hiring manager to
    send interview link and/or interview information
    to pass along to candidate

  • Step 3

    Conduct interview

Phase III – Offer

Offer

  • Step 1

    resent offer to CareNational AM

  • Step 2

    Confirm start date and first day instructions
    with candidate

  • Step 3

    Ongoing quality check ins over course of first
    90 days to ensure longevity and retention
