We offer up to 13 week RN local and Travel Assignments in locations across the country. We are affiliated withnumerous hospitals, hospital groups, and vendor management systems.

Travel Candidate Process

Phase I – Skills assessment & Job Match

  • Step 1

    Review of experience and discuss resumes
    as they pertain to Travel Assignments

  • Step 2

    Discuss available assignments that match with
    candidate preferences and qualifications

  • Step 3

    Provide overview of our timeline:
    submission of profile (only upon consent) to offer
    to start to extensions or redirections at conclusion
    of successful assignments

  • Step 4

    Answer all questions regarding our process and the
    Travel Industry in general, i.e.: trends, market rates,
    professional travel career advice

Phase II – Submission & Interviews with Client

Submission & Interviews with Client

  • Step 1

    Discuss availability for interviewing and overall
    expectations for communication

  • Step 2

    CareNational Recruiter sends submittal Profile

  • Step 3

    CareNational Recruiter confirms interview time if requested
    (often offers are given from profiles for quick starts)
    and schedules interview preparation

  • Step 4

    CareNational Recruiter preps candidate, reviews rate agreement

Phase III – Offer and post-hire

Offer and Post-Hire

  • Step 1

    CareNational recruiter negotiates and presents offer
    to candidate

  • Step 2

    Candidate Interviews or offer is given from the profile
    —Upon Employment Offer Acceptance, our agreement
    is sent to candidate with details of offer and start date

  • Step 3

    Quality Control process initiated at acceptance to ensure
    the Candidate starts on targeted date

  • Step 4

    On going check ins with CareNational Recruiter and
    Candidate over course of first 90 days including a written survey
