Medical Management Partner Process

01 PHASE I

Introductions and Intake

  • Step 1

    Introduction to Director of Operations, BDR, and
    Medical Management Division Director

  • Step 2

    Setup intake meeting to include Division Director and
    hiring managers

  • Step 3

    Discuss job description, ideal candidate background,
    hiring obstacles, salary, benefits, etc.

  • Step 4

    Discuss submittal process, interview process,
    hiring steps, etc.

02 PHASE II

Submission & Interviews
with the Client

  • Step 1

    Send qualified candidates identified by CareNational via
    previously discussed submittal process

  • Step 2

    Request feedback on submissions and coordinate
    next steps for interviews

  • Step 3

    Assist in candidate outreach, availability for interview,
    scheduling, and follow up post-interview

  • Step 4

    Request feedback after candidate interview and
    coordinate additional interviews when necessary

  • Step 5

    Fine-tune search efforts according to client feedback
    as well as provide findings based on sourcing efforts
    in current market

03 PHASE III

Offer and Post- Hire

  • Step 1

    Present candidate with verbal offer to include compensation
    and anticipated start date details

  • Step 2

    Provide candidate with expectations for onboarding to
    ensure a smooth transition to start

  • Step 3

    Quality Control process initiated at start date to ensure that
    the opportunity was a good fit

  • Step 4

    On going check-ins with client over course of first 90 days
    including a written survey
