      interview time and schedules interview preparation

    • Step 4

      CareNational Search Consultant preps candidate,
      reviews salary expectations

  • Offer and Post- Hire

    • Step 1

      CareNational Search Consultant negotiates and
      presents offer to candidate

    • Step 2

      Employment Offer Acceptance sent to candidate
      with framework of offer/anticipated start date

    • Step 3

      Quality Control process initiated at start date
      to ensure that the opportunity was a good fit

    • Step 4

      On going check-ins with CareNational Search
      Consultant and Candidate over course of first
      90 days including a written survey
